Unrest

Today i woke up like, at 12pm, and after that i kept myself busy by slacking, surfing the net and watching TV. After that, at three, my brothers and i set off for the factory outlet sale at Wing Tai Industrial Centre. We received a brochure some days ago, and there is supposed to be Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins and Fox items on sale. As usual, my local kiasu instinct kicked in, and we made it to go have a look today. So we took the train to Kovan, and went out from Exit B. Uh-huh. Wrong side, as bigbro figured out from the board at the bus stop. So we went into the MRT station again, and went out form Exit C. Took the bus 112 and alighted in front of WTIC.

First impression was: WOAH, small. Yes. It's as big as normal boutique. Maybe a little bigger, but... Okay. Then i was figuring out if there were very few or a lot of people, and my diagnosis was okay lah~, cause there was quite a long queue at the cashier. So we walked one round and the trip was pretty done. Nothing nice. I tried on a pair of nice-looking Adidas sneakers at $39(haha), but they don't look nice at all when i did so. Then we looked around, the belts(i liked one but didn't get it cause u need to get at least three), knickers, and went off. There seriously isn't anything apealing, or anything much at all. The items at the jumble sale on Saturday was far much better. HEE. Aiyo. Total waste of time and bus fare. A lot of aunties lah. And the TS/TM stuff are on two shelves only, and all of them look like shit. There was a Dorothy Perkins fur-collared sleeveless denim jacket, and there was some studded stuff or something that made it look like a pasar malam wannabe. Aiya to simmarise it up the sale is bullshit. I was telling them i expected it to look like a Expo-scale sale, considering the number of brands. Woo. What a disapointment. But this is my first going to a warehouse sale, so...

After that we took 62 to Hougang, opposite HG Mall. Then we walked to HG Plaza. DOTA!!! Yay. First round, my littlebro and I won, against bigbro. Second round, we restarted cause i chose a lousy hero. Third round, we restarted cause littlebro's hero's level+my hero's level= bigbro's hero's level. Hahaha. So we restarted, but bigbro's com hanged, so we went off. $10.70. Gone. But it was a fun game today. And i saw ex-NPCC squadmate E at the lift.

Next we went to the Novena furniture house on the second floor to check out double-deckers and glass cabinets for their room. We are undergoing Spring Cleaning 2007, you see. Next we walked along the shops to HG Mall and then around HG Mall. Bigbro got POTC2 DVD cause he wants the bandana. Then we met mama at the food court. Shit man i saw Nicky's friend W there when i was browsing the stalls. And while eating my fish soup, another ex-schoolmate SH passed by. Wah. Is this suay or what? Drove home, but we asked mama to drop us off at CP. Went to search for Shrek 2 vcd, cause i haven't watch it and we are watching Shrek 3 soon, but no nothing. Went to Courts. While passing by Breadtalk i saw a ex-schoolmate/classmate J again. Woo. Luckily she didn't see me. The first two had S-H-O-C-K written on their faces. Haha.

Then we went to the arcade. HAHA! A lot of people compared to usual. We played Motorcross, basketball(I WON with both of them competing against me!), drum-beating(there's only one level) and those catching machines. I played with the Maxi Catch machine. As the name suggests, the 'pincer' is a big one, and there is a big pig stuffed toy for you to catch. There's only one lying there, with no obstruction, so i decided to give a try. 2 or 3 times, no. It just drops while the pincer is about to lift up. Littlebro played to medium version, the prizes, Pooh bears. But he failed too. I tried the medium one once, but still went back to the big one. MAXI one. Meanwhile littlebro went to whack virtual cockroaches. And i finally got it up. The pig rose up, and went the pincer is about to shift to its left when the prize-hole is, the 'legs' sprang open and the pig dropped. WAH LAO! I tried again. Same thing happened. I asked my bigbro here and tried again. And again the machine cheated. Fang pui lah. Wah lao eh. Hahaha. But it was very tense and exciting as if my heart was gonna pop out. You know, the nerve-wrecking process of watching the clasps get your toy, moving it to the hole, till where it drops. Wah, shiok. Hahaha. Anyway we left after that. Too much money lost on entertainment today. Got desserts from McD and we went home.

And now i'm downloading Shrek 2 from this Chinese Website, after searching for ages on Youtube and freemoviedownloads.net.
