I got the punishment of having laden eyes for the whole day for sleeping at 5.16am last morning. 7pm to 5am, TEN SOLID hours. How good can i be at delaying projects!
Yesterday night was a nightmare. I typed stuff, printed stuff, shuttled back and forth between the living room and my bedroom, picked out appropriate seashells and stuck "RECYCLED" materials with PVA/double-sided tape to the mounting boards, sprayed paint, sketched in the bloody sketchbook.
At long last i got some sleep, only to get a deep shock at how little time i had for my sleep when i was awakened by the alarm. I fell in and out of sleep, finally setting off for school.
Wilson's class today was about using different mediums to paint. We did 11 examples on A4, then we did our best 6 on A3, to be submitted. It was considerably early when i finished, and Huong and my group and i went down for lunch. We ate at the benches in front of LT25. Then Huong went off to her group. We did our stuff, drawing and sketching away. At 1.50pm we went up to class, but our classmates told us we were going for the OSIP talk. It was a talk by students who went for Overseas Internships Programmes.
So damn cool lah, from what we see from the presentation. The first group went to China, the second to Cambodia, where they ate frogs and insecty food. I ALSO WANT! I love to go to these ulu ulu villages.
Then we went to class at 3pm. I actually got Task 2 of Assignment One misunderstood. But never mind; there were many misunderstandings and misinterpretations in the class. After that we went into shop display stuff, and then Kristine showed us how to handle mannequins. I learnt something new today! Much more from what i know from Dano.
5pm, RELEASED. YAY! I was half-asleep already, but i went to TM and visited Shi Yng. One customer Annie Loh, whom i remembered serving some months back, came. She is a friendly and kind lady. We were all standing near the counter. Then she asked me about my age, then talked about me looking for her when i turn 21. HAHA. Not to buy insurance, but to help her sell insurance, then what about 4 years going by very quickly, and she passed me her namecard. AIA Manager. WOW. I had nothing to say, so i just said, "Oh, AIA". HAHAHA. And she passed a namecard to Shi Yng too. Hmm... weird hor. Haha. Shi Yng said maybe she'll have commission from those working under her. Wah like that i secure a job already. HAHA.
At 6+pm i left and took a walk around. Then i went home 6 plus 7. Finally a relaxed night.
I can't wait for next weekend. Damnation!
