Euphoria

Hi there. Saturday again. One week just flew by. Wow.

So today Nicky and I went for the PDP (Personal Development Programme). "Working Women's Professional Image". I thought it would be like a workshop on how to conduct yourself and blah blah blah, but it turned out to be a MAKE-UP workshop.

And then the first part was pretty dry, about skincare, most which i've learnt from Ladies' First (a.k.a. Nu Ren Wo Zui Da). Then we wore this milkmaid looking hairband and they gave us the cleanser and moisturiser to try.

The next part was makeup. Foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, lipstick. Boring shit. Okay. Not THAT boring, but i wished i was learning something more useful and applicable. After that everyone went for the balance session, where the two ladies from Shiseido balanced up the makeup you've just put on. I thought that all the people who attended this course looked weird. Like country bumpkins kinda... yeah. My balance session was the FASTEST i guess. She just trimmed the brows and glided on some loose powder.

Nicky's took a bit longer and we were the last to leave. At least we got the door gift which consists of a lot of gimmicky samples.

After that Nicky left and i waited for mama, drenched in the rain. We went for lunch at Bedok. And then we went to the optician. Okay. Now let me do the explaining. This optical shop is the one my mother's friend opened, and the business has been passed on to his daughters. We've been there ever since i was like in kindergarten or something. Long long long long history lah.

Yay. Finally for a change. After trying on dozens of frames (literally), I got the ONE. HAHAHA. My papa, mama and didi agreed that that pair was the best for me. It just happens that the auntie there (they have two workers right now) helped me pick out the colour that she thought would suit my skin colour. Aiya. I wanted to get this gorgeous creamish yellow, but it didn't look nice.

Then i randomly tried on a pair of Esprit sunglasses, and they said it was nice. So mama said that if my vision has not worsened, i can make a pair of sunglasses, then she crap about her younger days when she also wore sunglasses out with her friends on picnics blah blah. HAHAHA. So i went for the check. "GOOD", "VERY GOOD" pretty much sums up of what i said. HAHA. And for once i didn't have any increase in myopia. WEE HOO. AND I CAN HAVETHE SUNGLASSES DONE! Oh my goodness that just thrills me so much. Heh heh.

After that we dropped by at Chinatown Maxwell Hawker Centre, then we went to AMK to look for my GuGu. OUI is aunt lah, but that's what we call her. Then we went home. I immediately plonked down on the bed and slept. I think it was 6.30++pm by then.

And i slept all the way to 8.30pm, although i was still very sleepy. And i watched tv, and now i'm here.

OH GOSH Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows is out!!! Bro went to get it today at Popular and he was just reading it just now(now he's off to sleep). Cool man. I can't wait. But then when i think of that fucking bitch who can't keep the spoilers to herself, it just makes my blood boils. KILL HER! Kill her! Kill her!

Ooh you've gotta watch the new Channel U 10pm show. I forgot what's the name but it is a superb show. And the who is damn handsome in it. Zhang Zhi Lin. Tiffany knows what i'm talking about. *Winkys*

That's all. I gonna make my CDs. And maybe steal a peek at the book.

Bye.
