Life's Like This

Hello hello hello everyone. I'm a much happier person today.

This morning i got awakened by mama. Thank goodness. If not i'll still be in slumberland. I was in a very exciting dream, you see. It involves stealing from a departmental store HAHA.

But fortunately i made it in time for class. At Orchard Road. Haha. Actually we were there for our IVM field trip. I arrived at 8.30am, far too early. So while i walked around the area I saw Kristine, and she asked me to wait at the Bee Cheng Hiang is. She went into Marriott Hotel i-don't-know-why. Anyway i crept off to Lucky Plaza. Went up to the 2nd floor and paid twenty cents for entrance fee to the toilet. Ha. Then i got a Hashbrown from Mcd and went back to the meeting place. Okay. Most of the class were there already.

One more person came and we went off. Kristine talked about the windows. We all took down notes and pics. CK Tangs, then Lucky Plaza, followed by Paragon, and Centrepoint. We were released at 10.40am. So we went to Mcd, sat down in our groups, and some started eating. After that our group started discussing. By around 11++am we were done. We then set off to buy wrapping paper for tmr's 2DArF.

Walked to Takashimaya, into Kinokuniya, and then Taka departmental store. The three of them found their stuff, but nothing appealed to me. Just when i gave up hope (wah so drastic haha) we saw these wrapping paper at the cahsier behind the counter. Cool. I got one at $2.90 (i have good taste =D) and we left.

I followed them around for the rest of the day. Leisure activities- SHOPPING. Couldn't really shop much cause not that shou mah. First we went to Mango. Ev has friends there so there's a 30% discount. P tried on clothes. C bought two pieces. We stayed there super long so i tried on some for fun. Hahaha. Finally we left at 1++pm. HAHA. Women!

Next stop was Mephosis- E's got 40% discount. P tried on but didn't get anything again. Next stop, Esprit. I got a shirt! Haha. No discount cause it's already discounted! (E's got 30% off.) C left to meet her friend at Bugis. P was sad cause she didn't get anything. Haha so we went into Fashion Lab at Wisma Atria. They told us to wait for a piece someone else was bringing in. Meanwhile i went to get a cookie from Famous Amos (the only FOOD shop in the vicinity). And P finally was happy~ Haha.

I got brushes from Popular for 2DArF, even though i wasn't sure if i already have those needed. Couldn't care less nowadays. Then Ev and I took the Marina Bay train while P went the other way. I got off at Dhoby Ghaut. And i headed for home.

Back to Compass Point again, baby. I went to Metro and finally got a pair of sandals. Then i went in search of wrapping paper. No much that could triumph my present one. I transversed between Hallmark and Shamrock and got some stuff for my beloved(shh!). Ah. And i got Potpourri from Value$ at $1.05. I thought maybe it would be useful for my projects. Whatever.

A cup of Pearl Milk Tea and i'm home. Just bathed. ARGH and i have to do homework for tomorrow.

Just a week, and all these things happen. All the time.


A Summary of My Assignments:
27 July 2007, Friday (tomorrow)
1. 2DArF - 2 Viewfinder drawings (1 done, 1 not done, and the done one needs to be redone) and reflections
(done)
- 3 pinhole drawings (all done in school) and reflections (done)
- Tonal Values (done)
- Vase (Halfway done)
And i have to bring:
Brushes, newspaper, bottle (to wash brushes), wrapping paper (for Wilson's evaluation for the next next exercise) and the blah and the blah and the blah blah blah.

30 July, Monday
1. IVM - Assignment 1 (Individual) [laying out of stuff and more laying out of stuff and more money wasted when we are supposed to use recycled items but yet we have to frame them up which
equals to WASTE OF MONEY!!!]
- Groupwork 1 - Layout of store (which i think we are doing tmr)
- Groupwork 2 - Swarovski window display
- Groupwork 3 - Proposal regarding the use of recycled materials to make a lampshade.

Ah yes... I expect more to come. But anyway, Kristine pushed all the assignments forward so that we'll not be too busy by the end of the block. Instead, they'll all be exercises nearing the end of this god damn block.

Oh goodbye. Have to rush now.

Ah. How i love watching tv while doing nonsensical homework (a.k.a. DRAWING/SHADING or whatever bullshit). Or it should be doing nonsensical homework (a.k.a. DRAWING/SHADING or whatever bullshit) while watchinG TV.

WAHAHAHA.
