I just reached home!
I had a very irritable sleep. My father and didi kept disturbing me, but i didn't wake up until Vernon's call came(i instinctively knew it was him). He still couldn't get the timetable, so we all know the answer. "Better not."
Runescape for the rest of the day. Then mama came home to fetch us at 7.30pm. We went to Sin Ming Road to meet Ah Pa for dinner. Then didi and i hopped on papa's lorry, just to be fetched from Coffeeshop A to Coffeeshop B, which are not more than a road apart. LAME, but we love the lorry lah.
Mama dropped us off at temple before going off to do some stuff. We had a good (standing) place, right in front, though it was further to the side. When we reached there it was Karen's turn. At first we weren't sure, but after hearing her promote the movie itself, we confirmed that she is the one from 881. She sang two songs from the movie and went off. After her was someone named Kaili. She sang this TECHNO Bei Ai De Nu Ren by Kelly Poon/Coco Lee. After a few songs was Zhen Ni, the famous one. Meanwhile the host Ling Li(he's a guy) had changed to his infamous flashy clothes and turned into a woman. complete with wig. OH MY GOODNESS he is so ti ko. Haha. After a duet with Zhen Ni he came down to sell his vcds. HAHA i bought one for my mother although i didn't know if she wanted it. Mama came to join us shortly after. After that was some Cai Xiao Feng/Lan person. Then was the Baobei Sisters. In my own opinion, I don't really think that they sang very well. I thought they were famous maybe because they were younger than most of the other singers. Then after that was a woman from China who had had the name "Ling Li" but somehow changed her name... WAH very Cheena. Haha. Then she sang Wang Zhao Jun!!! Wah super cheena~ And she was wearing this heavily sequined and beaded (bareback!) "gown". CREEPY.
We retreated after she came up. Gave up our good standing seats(haha) and went to buy ice cream. Settled down
behind(with chairs) where mama was(she went to the back to have a seat after standing for just a teeny weeny while). Then we grabbed some muah chee and ate... This uncle singer came up, and we scooted off Upstairs(capitalised cause it's not literally staircase's "upstairs"). Hun at 7-Eleven, then we went to the carpark to meet Ah Bu and went home.
I have never seen so many people at the temple. According to the host, there were around 3000 - 4000 people. Very large-scale. And mama say they publicised it on newspaper.
I am so HIGH~ after the getai show. HAHA.
Maybe we gonna catch another show tomorrow. Just for Liu Lingling. =)
