The Fabulous Destiny of Ka Sia

I just watched ANTM on Channel 5. I don't like any of them... like no potential?

WOOHOO. What a whirl of the wind of a day!

First thing in the morning at around 7 plus i felt tremors AGAIN. I was reading The Straits Times and my mama was bathing and i felt the house SHAKEEEE~ Nobody felt except me. It was more vigorous(?) than last night's... LOL.

I actually slept at 3am last night cause i spent the whole time on bed repeating the things i was gonna say for the review in my head. SO tired when i have to get up...

AND I WAS ON THE WAY TO DEATH. Haha...

I was the last second on the list for the 9am shift. I was number 8 i guess? And as usual i freaked out when i was next. Waiting for your death is the most terrible feeling... Hahaha. They said one person cried ytd BUT it was actually because she can't be happier that the ordeal was over... Anyway the others said it was quite okay. So i went in. WAH A PANEL OF JUDGES NEH. Like Singapore Idol auditions or sth(NO! i didn't go for SI auditions!). HA. Actually i already got a sneak peek when i glimpsed inside the room when someone opened the door. When Aaron came out KT was like,"You must challenge the lecturers!" which i have no idea about it all.

Okay, okay, i went in. Then i started by saying the usual stuff("i don't rmb much from TexFun" and "i LOVE DiEss"), like what i've learnt during the semsester, blah blah blah... And i started to present my TexMan stuff, Tie-dye and the final project(Kristine Tan said something that touched me so), after which was FM, my Assignment 1 PowerPoint slides on paper and the interview report, followed by my VM final exercise(KT questioned me!!!) and the 2DArF folio(i criticised myself, and thank goodness they thought my "princess" work was good for a person of no art basis like me). Christine Foong(CM) aked why i didn't bring my sketchbooks. No, i completed all 50, but they were not up to scratch. "But sketchbooks are supposed to be sketchbooks..." OK SORRY LAH. And i was done! I forgot to pass my fabric book around, though, and Bernie came to get it.

AND THE TIME HAS COME. The lecturers started to give their comments. Wilson Choo, Irene, Veron, KT(they call her "ANGSTY" lol), Bernie... Mostly positive about perfect attendance, "can go far"(YES!), hardworking, then there will be the occasional "Although quiet..."(Irene:"Although quiet, you ask questions about expectations, work...). But Angsty said like i have to explore more, read more magazines to improve on my idealisms and stuff. And Vernon asked stuff like if i regretted taking this course of study(well heck, no), if i did my best(not all of the time but i TRY to) and how i can improve myself(by being less lazy[i know, lame!]) And that was the end! BUT BUT BUT i blurted out,"Are y'all going to ask me what choice i am going to make?" And the lecturers burst out laughing and Wilson/Vernon said,"That's right! You should remind your lecturers when they forget to ask you something!" So i told them "Design" and i went off. WOO quite an experience. Kinda fun actually. Like "selling" yourself haha.

I was actually touched that tears welled up in my eyes through the middle of the review...

After that Evelyn, Clarion and me went down to FM classroom to watch Project Runway Season 1. I've never watched that season before! After that episode the 8 of us, all from the same shift, went to Jupiter's Cafe for lunch. EIGHT Chicken Leg Pasta. Quite good but i was super FULL after the meal AR! Ha. It was my 1st time at Jupiter's Cafe cause either the queue is short but the order takes so long or the queue is so long AND the order takes longer.

And we went to the bookstore for a while, bought boards and candies and headed back for Movie Marathon. "The Devil Wears Prada". I can only say that Anne Hathaway has BIG eyes although they droop at the corners. I finally saw the thigh-high boots. Wah the clothes super-cool man. And there was a Paris Fashion Week(i think real one leh~) in the movie. I totally missed out the second half of the show was about because I was laughing for goodness what the toot! I thought Miranda was GOING TO DIE! HAHA. The plot was very predictable but it was quite entertaining because it is FAR-NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. EEK. HAHA.

After that we were just in time for class(not b4 snooping to bookstore for some drinks). We had a lecture on Vietnamese art today. Pretty interesting. Art is use in war. First time i've heard of it. Then Devin said he was gonna show us a old movie which combines old Chinese Kungfu with old Chinese slapstick comedy. And i already know Stepehn Chow will be in it. Alas i was right. Shaolin soccer. Funny show i have watched years ago. All the bloody replays... but they kind of stopped? Haha.

5pm. AND we went to do our project. WAH i could just sleep on the spot already. But we finished up the report, did the pictures. FINALLY left at 7.30pm. Returned the bloody books! HAHA. They are bloody cause they were filled with bloodstains...

HA! It's time to say:

Bye bye school, Hello holidays!

I can say that in peace bcos we only have to hand in the assignment tomorrow and we don't have any lessons!!!

See ya.
