Coming up: Part 2...

Choco Latte

Well, well. Today was a WONDERFUL day. Wonderful. Wonderful. Wonderful.

Alrighty. It started with five/six hours straight of gaming.

At 7pm i met up with Eve at CP, and we travelled to Clarke Quay. Spent our time buying couple tees and shoes(i shall point the finger at Eve) and taking scenic and suaku photos like Japanese tourists.

Funny Event 1
We were looking through the glass doors at a temporarily set up performance stage, trying to take photos of the auntie dancers. This angmoh came out from under a black veil from backstage. He was "Oh, sorry!" and embarrassed. Then he raised a hand as if to say 'Hi', i gave him a hand back. He suddenly acted like he was shocked and gave a very shocked expression complete with flyaway hands a la Mr Bean.

Funny Event 2
Eh. It is basically about:
"Choco latte~"
"Choco choco!"
HAHA you WON'T understand! N-E-V-E-R!

At 9.30pm met up with Aaron and the rest and took MORE photos. Wah lao somebody(i'm not saying who!) insists on using the timer lor.

Time ran out and there was a dispute over we should take the cab or walk to The Butter Factory. Well, cabbies won. Unfortunately the taxi drivers(uncles uncles uncles!) "never play before", so we were left to ourselves to find the place. HAHA we found it! Queued and admitted(eve says they thought i was Jessica the DESIGNER), and waited for dunno what leh.

Eh, i thought The Butter Factory resembles those kinda heartland libraries HAHAHAHA. Really! Evelyn says it looks like Tampines Central. HAWHAW~

After that we went to fetch stupid Pearlyn to the club. Aye, there were some errors and Vivian and a girl called Bessie weren't allowed entry. Wilson Choo came to the rescue for the latter(lucky he never asked about HOC). YAY YAY finally we got in, and i got a very good view indeed. I am a reporter, man.

Anyway, we were there for The Cuckoo Couture Awards 2007 to support Janis, one of the top ten finalists.

And so the top ten came out. Some were really cool, especially one by a Raffles Design Institute AND Janis'. Hers was COOL lor. I thought she was gonna win(she got subsidiary prizes) but someone else got it instead.

YAY YAY happy ending. More photos and we were kicked(politely) out of the club. Oh some random person asked to take our photo and dumbo Pearlyn jutted in. Then everyone left, and we to
ok taxi home. Mashed potato supper. Pearlyn got home first, then Eve, and me(sigh, poor thing). I reached home safely. Taxi fare: $19.35.

YEAH YEAH that's all. HAHAHA it is Saturday Night FE-VER! And Pearlyn suspects she has fever.

AH i'm so tired. Tired tired tired and tomorrow is homework homework homework.

Ciaos.

Jiggly Juggle

GAGAGA. Today's the last episode of 火舞黄沙.

Oh my goodness it is a freaking fabulous show. I love the twists and the development of the characters in the story. Super cool. It's second only to War & Beauty.

And i got the new timetable this morning. Vernon says no. If i dropped both subjects(Italian and ComDI), i will not have enough credits. If i skip class, i will fail the subjects. So it is a no-no situation... I just thought of another idea, but mama had already told the organiser NO.

I came home after school for some sleep, but we went to Fairprice for some major stocking up on food supplies. As usual, bought tonnes of stuff. Hahahaha. I love going to the supermarket. I think Halloween is coming or something; I tried on witches' hats in Fairprice.

I am now Freedom in Audition! Wrong move lah shit.

Alrighty i should go and do some research on Alexander Calder, the Kinetic artist. HAHAHA.

Bad Day

Yesterday was an ultra long day, NO THANKS to ultra long bus rides.

I didn't have a wink at all on Monday night. Rushed all my homework out can. Not the first time. I managed to complete everything by 10am or so. Then i went to play games again. HAHA.

Ok lah. Then mama fetched me to school I left my FS at Level 5 Studio and went to bind my HOC. Wow thick and thin, all at $1. Then i discovered that i had not printed out the report! Thank a million stars that Bro was still at home(leaving the house!) and i asked him to send it over to me. I printed it and went looking for Wilson to hand it in.

Then i went to slack at the studio. Nobody was there. Irene came and left, blah blah blah. DO-RE-MI syndrome, one-by-one came. Eve came at 1pm and we went to her house cause she bloody forgot to bring the ticket, then went to HG Library before going on the train. The actual journey actually takes much much more longer...

We reached at 3.40pm, met Pearlyn, and hailed a cab at 3.50pm when the show supposedly starts at 4pm and we are to be seated 30mins earlier. FRET NOT, cause we had to wait for another 20mins or so for the show to start. HAWHAW. WHOOPEE i love China! Some pieces were really cool, especially those Chinese Calligraphy-inspired one. SUPER DUPER COOL! And it was the first time i went to a runway show. Somehow i felt inappropriately dressed, but NVM, i had my rock n' roll bracelets! MUHAHA. Cool man, totally A-W-E-S-O-M-E. Ok, i'm exaggerating. But the whole atmosphere and mood was really fabulous, with the music and all and the graceful walks(risking some wardrobe malfunction).

Up next, to Esplanade. Seriously we don't know our buses. Taxi taxi in the end. HAHA i actually got Esplanade and VivoCity mixed up. For a while i though we were going to Vivo. HAHAHA. Boring hell lor. After a while Pearl went to work and we went to take random bus rides.

Actually, it was bus service 133, supposedly taking us from Esplanade to AMK bus interchange. Got seats at at the almost-empty second floor. Eve read her book while i soon fell asleep. I was woken up somehow, as if my subconscious self can detect the bus attendant. He BEEPED the card and went off. And i realised the bus was suddenly packed to the max. Then we reached some Serangoon place, to Lavender, and i don't know where else, cause i fell asleep again. And i woke up again, and mama called me. She said i might as well go to the temple. So we parted ways at AMK interchange and i went in search for 262. The 133 journey was an awesome one-hour journey YAY.

I went to the 159 bus stop, but the digits '262' disappeared from the bus stand. GAGA i went opposite and there wasn't any either. By this time i had got totally drenched, and went back to the freaking cold interchange. It was there lah, mama told me. ZZZ i waited in the queue for the freakin' bus to come, and dropped off. Had dinner, and fell asleep in front of the tv at the temple. HAHAHA i was supposed to play a game of chess with didi but papa took over and i went to sleep on the chair.

After that i went to the car to sleep, and was awakened by mama to come out and look at clothes. This auntie named Lilian has some clothes from suppliers that she sells to aunties like my mother. HAHA nothing i fancy, i just sat there at the void deck and went to kajiao cats. Then we got on the car and mama said we are going to 大姑姑's pasat. Well she doesn't own the market but she has a stall there. She had called mama at around 9.30pm about a fire that had occurred. We reached there, and there must have been 800 or so people there, standing on the pavements and at the carpark.

When i saw the scene i was "Oh my freaking god" all the way. It was terrible. I just stood there and almost cried looking at the black remains of the stalls. Destruction, man. The firefighters were still saving the fire at the left side of the market. I took photos and videos(one that captured a fire which was ALMOST extinguished and roared up again), and walked around to look at what happened. The whole area was taped off by the police. All the action was there. At one freaking instant didi spotted a fire which started again at the back. Real fire, oh man.

Later in the car, Huang Di Cong from FM9.58, who was at the scene, said that he was on the 8th floor of a flat overlooking the market. He reported that 90% of the roof had caved in, and there were occasional blasts of gas cylinders. A witness interviewed said that the fire reached as high as 4 floors' height. Papa had talked to a uncle who is his friend, and the uncle said that the fire had spread throughout the market as quickly as 5 mins. Terrible. Markets are places where fires start most easily. The market at block 226(near the temple) also had a fire before. Old markets. Tsk tsk. And i feel sorry for my relative. Sigh.

And i don't know what kind of day it was. Monster passed away last night. Bro had called me up when we were heading home.

Bye bye Monster.

Power Glue

Woah the sun is rising. I better stop talking to myself through this blog.

HAHA while Miss Frankenstein insists that UHU is the best glue in the world, I shall use my PVA glue to stick my Frank Stella assemblage.

Wah like "The Battle of the Glues".

Till then.

Stories & More Stories

Well, well... Since i am printing out stuff, i shall blog to while time away.

You don't know what a chore it is to print stuff. I have to
1. Shut down my laptop
2. Bring it into the brothers' room
3. On the laptop
4. Plug in the USB cable
5. Print
6. And print like a gazillion pages

And now i'm sitting on The Wobbly Chair.

You know it's late when the newspaper man comes to drop the paper. Eh, good morning!

HAHAHA. Okay well i'm done with the HOC, now to move on to Frank Stella. I am just gonna create something out of nothing. ER... that's what we are supposed to do.

Can you believe it? It's so drama-mama. All for myself to blame.

I can't stop myself from fun and games.

Gaming all day long(a la "Police & Thief" fighting all day long).

HOHOHO.

Nothing exceptional happened yesterday except that didi and i fought over a packet of Marie biscuits. You knw those kinda Khong Guan Red BIG tins where there's a variety of biscuits? HAHA normally the most sought-after would be the chocs one. When i told him that i had eaten away all the chocs ones a long time ago, he started fighting with me over the Marie biscuits(the 2nd place in Biscuit Kingdom) even though we had two packets each. HAHA ridiculous lah. My knees were almost orh che until mama stopped us.

...

Look. I was reading horoscopes from 8 Days. Reds are mine.

Libra
Librans excel in groups of people(yes, sometimes?). They are born diplomats, bringing enemies together to make them friends. Their charming, artistic qualities(woohoo!) enable them to create beautiful and pleasing environments. The sign's paradox is that it aims to create a balance(does that explain the sign of the Libra?) that can never really existing a world undergoing constant change. Librans need to realise that their efforts to control everything are unlikely to be successful in a world with 11 other signs.

If It's Your Birthday
There are right decisions- and there are even better ones. Sometimes there is a grey area in between, but at the moment the choices seem to be polarised and you may have to come off the fence and commit yourself. A lover or partner will admire you for your determination. (HUH? Okay...)

Another sub-story:

Story of the Bloody Printer

Alrighty. I was printing halfway and the printer stopped. I checked the ink by shaking the cartridges and listening to the number of drops left in them. VERY MANUAL HOR. And then i ended up changing all the cartridges(four in total) but the bloody printer still won't print. Now what?

What a bloody waste of ink. I'm gonna go to Xorex the next time. I'm just afraid that i won't be able to print there even though i've converted my files. And i'm just too lazy to bring my laptop just in case. ZZZ.

Let's see what problem the bloody printer has.

I gave up; i took another chair. =D

Oh what a crappy post.

Deja Vu(NO NO NOT THE SONG!)

It is confirmed. I am DEAD.

I am rushing out the HOC and i haven't touched the dear Frank Stella bogus shit. Deja Vu? I think so too. Somewhere during the first block. LOOOL. Never mind. I'm strong. I'm going bonkers. I go bonkers if it's late at night and i can't sleep because i MUST NOT sleep because i got homework to do. ER? If this is MS word the sentence will be underlined green. And certain words don't really mean anything. I will be doing ridiculous things.

I don't know what i've been doing for Saturday, Sunday and today. Oh yes, I KNOW actually. Playing Audition. Oh my god. Bonkers galore. I feel very literacy-inclined now. Oh god.

OH I AM DEAD. SO DEAD DEAD DEAD i think i need resuscitation from Jay Chou.

Yes i'm still in the mood to joke.

See? I told you i'm going bonkers.

Bonkers Lee signing off.
